Some Say it’s as Safe as Houses
The Term Real-Estate covers so many facets and strategy options. We all know there are different kinds of accommodation – houses, units, town-houses, not to mention urban lots, rural lots, strata-title, group title, and the list goes on. This is truly a HUGE topic – but can be a HUGE winner for making good returns.
If you know someone (or yourself maybe) who has an investment property, then chances are you will either love the idea of investing in real estate – or you’ll hate it. We often base our opinion on the past success or “experience” around the whole scenario. No matter what the case, you can make excellent money from real estate in general. Like any niche, there are good investments and … not so good ones.

What I can recommend in the mean time is to read or followup on these excellent books, as they explain this amazing topic in simple yet well explained terms. They are two of my most favourite real estate books, as they helped me understate my investments.
